What is going on for everybody going through a Wednesday? This week is half full, half empty, and I've got baby trees for you today. Baby red maple trees, because babies are just cute, no matter what kind of baby they are.. And sure, I could be proven wrong, so let's use our good word friend, "most" ..Most baby things are cute. There, now I'm covered.
So let's get right to this check-in thing and give me the workout scoop. Give us the sweaty plans of various movements that will leave us feeling better about ourselves and the day. And, as always, if rest is on the agenda, rest hard and however you like. You deserve it.
I'll be doing day three of the March 2020 challenge from Plus, so that means some HIIT & core work for me today. And I'll be ready to tackle that soon.
But first, breakfast! And also whatever else you guys are eating today. Give me the real stuff. The yummy stuff. The stuff that keeps us nourished and going strong. Let's hear it for the food! Food being lots of veggies and chicken for me. Maybe. That was last nights dinner, so it should work for tonight as well. I'm being boring with my food lately, but it is tasty and edible so all good! 😂
Okay, I'm out to move to the songs of Wednesday. It will probably involve a lot of bad dancing, but my two left feet wouldn't have it any other way. Let's keep up the spirits if you can.
