Keep safe

Hello everyone. A couple of weeks ago I posted for the first time here about a rather personal subject but today it doesn't matter. I wanted to say that please do your possible to keep safe and don't panic.

I don't have any especial tips to offer you but I can tell you what I'll be doing while we wait for the Spanish state of alarm to finish and it is good again for us to step outside and go for a nice walk in the woods, and enjoy the sun and the song of the birds. I will especially dive in literature, my piano and university studies and in writing. I'm also staying at my partner's home so I'll do my best to stay calm and understanding because I don't want to drive him nuts. (I'm not a difficult person to live with, and he isn't either, but who knows, we never lived together 24/7!) I will do my best to collaborate and be generous and kind.

And I don't know about you but working out is proving to be a "mental health saver". I'm going to try FB's new HIIT workout today and imagine I'm fighting the virus by getting stronger and more powerful... Oh, anyway...

Please, please be safe, and take care.

Edit: I just finished the workout and loved it. It made me sweat madly! I don't know about you but there's something about "dripping sweat" that makes me feel so good, like, "my body having achieved this, just imagine how much my mind can do?" The trick always is to keep going forward.
