Reminders during this crazy time

I just want to remind everyone how important it is to be patient with yourself during this time. Yes, workouts are important for your health and sanity, but so it taking a day off to deal with this situation that seems to change by the minute.

I did not get my workout in today. I had to move my sister out of her dorm as our campus is now closed completely to students. I also had random things to get at the store including some books which you all reccomended!

I plan on getting back on track with workouts and eating tomorrow. I'm also trying not to be upset with myself for messing up my perfect March calendar.
