Good afternoon, Fitness Blender Fam!
The morning got away from me! Usually, I like to write a Monday post earlier than this time, but I had a job interview early this morning and all of a sudden... it's past noon!
So, who's ready for a great start to Week 3 of 8? The last 2 weeks have been crazy for me for various reasons, and I feel like my mind hasn't been fully in the game.
This week, that is my goal! To intentionally keep my focus on bettering my life and body and not merely going through the motions. This will include thinking about what each and every body part is doing while working out, not eating because I am stressed out, and taking a moment each day to say "good job" to myself for taking care of my body.
I want to encourage all of you -- no matter where you are or what you're doing this week -- to do the same. Be intentional and mindful, yet continue to be strong and forgiving to yourself.
