Already looking at goals for next week!

So. I'm a person that doesn't thrive without being busy or at least have a schedule. Last week I was informed that all classes for the rest of the semester are online and campus is closed. So. I went from busy student/graduate assistant/teacher to online student in one day. My food has suffered. My mood has dampened. I can feel the anxiety and lows coming.

That being said, after my workout tomorrow morning I'm going to write out a schedule for my days this week and another one for next week when I pull my son out of day care.

Goals for next week are simply going to be to workout 5 days, eat as clean as possible, and stick to my schedule. I'm not loading myself down with a bunch of goals and stuff because to be honest, I'm barely keeping it together!
