Do you guys workout when sore?

I’m on my second round of burn2. Ive completed just two days so far. I’m embarrassingly pretty sorry from the hiit workout. Today is a strength one. I’m feeling like a whimp because I just had my girl stuff. Should I take some pre workout and push through. Do you guys? Or do you stretch and take Epsom salt baths:)
