Hi all, I am coming to the end of FB sweat and trying to decide which programme to do next. Overall I have been enjoying sweat but I am not keen on the just HIIT workouts - they involve a lot of jumping which doesn't work for me because I have recently given birth. The low impact alternatives don't really make me work hard enough.
So I am debating between FB30 and strong for my next one - what would others suggest? Is there much HIIT in FB30? If so, then maybe better I avoid that and go for strong
