Since mid December I have struggled with stress, depression, illness etc. I have missed a lot of workouts, but I looking forward not back. I just can't believe how quickly I have lost some of my strength and endurance. I have worked out 5-7 days per week most of my adult life, you would think muscle memory would be my friend! LOL
