I have never done this one before and man!, are my arms gonna be some aching!! I did modify it slightly to be more like the decending reps of yesterday's challenge (decrease reps and increase weights for each round) which made it more mental as well--trying to remember how much weight, how many reps, x2 to put into notes!! enjoying this challenge so far, even though I was a bit leery of it because of the difficulty level. Very manageable to modify thus far!πͺπΌππ
