I have been doing FB workouts roughly 5 days a week for several months. I love them and am seeing good results.
Recently, my husband has been asking me to train for a half marathon with him. Has anyone ever trained while also doing FB workouts? Something like a run 3 days, FB cross train 3 days? Is there a particular program that worked well?
