Well, let me give you a hint in the form of an answer; It's a Tickseed. Probably a Leavensworth Tickseed as we have several kinds of Tickseed (aka Coreopsis) in Florida. But we never need remember the name to see how bright and beautiful it is. I just tell you all to tell you. Take it or leave it.
Take it or leave it. That can certainly apply to the workouts you possibly have going on today. Take a modification, leave a star jump or two. Take a burpee, leave the easier version. Mix and match those workouts to your liking. Don't be afraid to challenge yourself, and take breaks if you need to. It's always a balance that's unique to everyone. I'm continuing my upper body split week, but the in between days will be going cardio focused.
