So I had scheduled FB Burn to start today, but over the weekend I tried cross-country skiing for the first time. What a workout! Now that I have extreme muscle soreness in every muscle group you can think of (and a few I am just finding out I have) as well as being covered in bruises from falling constantly, I don't think I can handle any HIIT or lifting for a few days. I'm a little disappointed but I think I have to delay starting Burn for a few days until I can do things like walk without looking like a zombie. Maybe I will try some easy stretching/yoga routines until then.
