FB30-4 upcoming break and ANXIETY

I did my last workout (beside stretching tomorrow) from my program for about a week. I leave this afternoon for Dallas for work for a week. I am having intense anxiety over travel, what with all of the coronavirus media saturation. To the point where yesterday I meditated twice, yada yada. At the end of a three day "intensive workshop," there is a professional conference with thousands of people scheduled to attend. An email yesterday says it is not cancelled, to avoid handshakes, wash hands, etc. The rational, healthy me says to stop obsessing. I will workout when I can, just adding things to my workout calendar as I can. Any travel reassurance will be most welcome: I can spiral but self talk helps. Thanks, FB fam!
