Upper Body Strength

Hello Blenders! How's it going?!

So when i first started strength training, I was mainly and mostly focused on the lower body and for about 8 full months, only ever did lower body strength training and never really touched on the upper body. And now, because of that, I have strong legs but weak and frustrating arms. I want to fix this problem as fast as possible, but I don't really know how to go about doing it: should i quit lower body strength training for some time? Or should I slowly incorporate upper body strength training? Should I have specific weeks in a month to devote to upper body strength training? Or should I spend the next 8 months, for upper body strength training?

Any advice at all would be highly appreciated :)
