I really wanted to do a kickboxing workout tomorrow morning. However, I am very sore from an upper body strength training that I did yesterday. Is kickboxing ok when my upper body (mostly chest and biceps) is sore? I thought kb was mostly cardio, but I read some comments on the kb workout saying that they were sore the next day...
