Continuing on with DAY FIVE of our challenge to stay accountable and consistent in exercising during March!
How was today? Are you feeling any stronger?
I was pleasantly surprised that I had more energy, so I went to an outdoor track and sprinted for 7 minutes - 30 seconds on and 1.5 minutes walk.. it was hard! But I've found it's the only way I like to run. (You won't catch me running otherwise, unless there was a lion chasing me! HAHA)
Then I did the lower body video (I'm a little turned around- video 4) with mostly body weight, which killed, in a good way I suppose :)
I would love to hear from you guys about what you are looking forward to the most by the end of the month... What would you call a personal "success"?
