The basic idea, which we should remind ourselves of from time to time, is that health and fitness are within your reach, and do not necessarily require a brutal, extreme makeover of your habits.
When it comes to health and fitness, every single one of us is different. Our circumstances are unique. We need different things. We enjoy different things. We have varying capabilities. We have a diverse set of personal goals...and personal challenges.
In short, since we are all so different, so wonderfully different, there is no “one” way to tackle health and fitness. There just isn’t.
However, if we approach the topic with a sense of moderation, always with an eye on doing better today than we did yesterday, it's a much healthier, functional, sustainable, and likely successful pathway to actually implementing and keeping those healthy changes.
We’d love to hear about your experience, what has worked for you (and maybe what hasn’t), and what advice you may have for others. We’re all in this together, Fitness Blender family; we are all in this together!
