So today I thought I could finish low impact 2 easily. But it was mean! The scheduled workout looks deceptively easy but is very heavy on the quads!
Not to mention the Pilates burnout which made the glutes talk.
But I made it! Not sure what to do next. I want to get stronger in upper body so maybe flex, but then 3 times a week would be a little too much for my upper body. I'll first gonna freestyle a bit, with focus on getting better on pushups, because that's always a struggle
