Good morning everyone!
I've been really good at exercising everyday with the FB Blend program, and I've been able to keep a deficit on my calories, which I need to lose a few extra pounds, but on my rest days I can't reach the deficit because I'm not exercising.
Does anyone have any tips?
Am I doing this wrong?
