Weekly goals march 3rd-9th

Last weeks goals and evaluation:

Minimize snacking to max 2 evenings a week (small steps): had 3, I blame my husband. He is such a snacker and sometimes I just lack the willpower and join him. I know that if I tell him my goal he will just not share, so I should do that.

4 days of FB Abs: done!!

Reach my 9000 steps a day goal 4 /7 days: 5/7 even :)

Goals this week:

Same as last week, ask my husband to help me with the first..

Abs: since I work out 4 days a week, I am doing day 5 of week 1and day 1 of week 2 this week, that is 2 core days in a row, and a bit much, so I will reschedule wednesday and schedule another workout on that day.

Workgoals: write my rapports, at least 3!

Personal: prepare my talk for at my sons school, they are doing a project on the human body and I am going to give a talk from an SLP's point of view: how does the act of eating/drinking work? And letting them eat applesauce the right way (swallowing act done the right way).
