Daily Check-in: Monday, March 2nd

Hey everyone! How went your weekend, and how goes the begginings of your March and 3rd month into 2020? I hope all is swell and smooth for you, from general life to kicking your own butt in a glorious way.

Mondaze brain going on over here, so words are bound to get misplaced and make for a messy check-in, but regarding workouts, what is generally butt kicking today, FB Fam? We got all different kinds of flavors for your workouts from HIIT & strength, cardio kickboxing, to pilates and all the rest if you feel the need. The variety is awesome at the workout buffet, but choose what tastes good to you and will leave you most satisfied.

Anybody try out the new workout just released on FB Plus? I've got some new releases to catch up on, so I'm going to take the idea from Kelli and do a sort of mini 3 day challenge from the 3 plus workouts that have been released, starting today with the lower body strength and HIIT: https://www.fitnessblender.com/videos/50-minute-hiit-cardio-and-strength-workout-lower-body-strength-hiit

Alright, it's clear food is a big deal around here (duh) and plays a big part in a healthy lifestyle and feeling good. So how are you making those taste buds sweat? What strong foods will lift you up today? I think tonight is when I'm actually going to get to that chicken shawarma. I seem to be a real professional at delaying decided dinners, lol. But that chicken has been patient. So I'll see to that shawarma and maybe some sweet potatoes and a salad for the sides.

Dinners might never be clear around here, but what is clear is the flower kick I'm on and keeping as the wilds of Florida have more to say. Speaking ever so delicately for your Monday are these Chickasaw Plum blossoms. It will have small and tart wild plums come around June. So they are a pretty fun and tasty pick as a trail side nibble.

Okay, before I go, a thanks to Korse for another great round of weekends check-ins and keeping the ghosting alive and exciting! And as we set sail on a new week, good luck on all your ventures and facing the possible shaky waters ahead. Remember, the world is your oyster; unless you are allergic to oysters. In that case, the world is whatever you want it to be, preferably allergy free.
