We designed this workout together, just like we did the two before. In fact, you can do these three FB Plus videos (Day 1, Day 2 & now Day 3) in order for a nice little challenge.
It’s always fun - and honestly a little challenging - to build a routine together because we have slightly different training styles and different favorite/least favorite exercises. We end up compromising, which makes for a routine that challenges both of us in ways that are slightly out of our normal comfort zones, which can be a good thing. We always love the end result. We had fun filming this, and we hope that you enjoy it as well.
We’ve always liked the HIIT cardio & core combination, as it allows you to build muscle, burn energy, boost metabolism, and challenge cardio endurance - instead of just lying on the mat doing static/stationary core work.
We've provided both intermediate and advanced modifications all the way through. There's no equipment necessary for this workout & we've included both warm up & cool down. Turn on some music that moves you and try it out!
