So I finally managed to get reasonably fit. After a long revalidation process, struggling with chronic pain due to too much stress. I was finally able again to do strength training and my endurance was getting better and better.
And then I went swimming and slipped... And now my elbow's broken -_- Not even just a crack but thoroughly broken. Maybe I'll even need surgery.
I really don't wanna lose all my progress! I've worked so hard to get here. So I wanted to ask you guys if you have any tips for me. About how stay in shape a little bit so I don't have to start all over again when it's healed.
Sorry for the rant, I guess I'm just a little upset about this setback and needed somewhere to complain about it 🙈
