🌹Spring Into Fitness🌸 Accountability Group: Prep Post
Hi, all!
So, in preparation for the group this weekend, I chose my workout program for these next 8 weeks. I didn’t know which I would choose up until the last minute (there are just so many good programs to choose from. Don’t Kelli and Daniel just KILL IT??!), but I finally decided on FB Fit Round 2. I knew a few of you were curious and may want to jump on this program with me!
I have never gone through an 8-week workout program yet, so I am very excited to start this! I chose FB FIt Round 2 for a few reasons: Firstly, I wanted to challenge myself with longer workouts. Normally I do 30-40 mins/day, and this program averages out to 50+ mins/day. Secondly, I gathered opinions on FB Fit vs. Fb Fit Round 2 on the community page, and it seems like more FBers liked the newer workout videos that R2 includes. In addition, I realized choosing an 8-week program would save me from deciding on another workout program in the middle of this accountability period (again, I am so indecisive and want them ALL).
Again, looking forward to starting with you all on MONDAY, MARCH 2nd. Here's to a lovely Leap Year Day. We don't get one often, so go out and do something beautifully fantastic today :)
