so I finished week one of LI R2 today and I´m feeling great :) I´ll for sure will do the recovery workout tomorrow!
Does anyone else struggle with taking measurements of them themselves? My results always seem to be all over the place despite using one of those body measure tapes.
Or should I maybe just take progress pics? The scale is out of the question...
