Happy Friday Eve, FB Fam! Right out of the gate here, today's flower, which *I think* is a small Showy Milkwort that is sporting a delicate dew drop coat. But whatever it is, it certainly looks like it's hiding from a certain flower connoisseur.^^
So, how has your week been shaping up so far? Always the ever curious mind wants to know how you are doing and what you are planning.
Plans being of the workout and rest variety if you like. What is your deal today? I'm on the second to last day of Abs2 and it is an upper body workout. This particular one has a lot of different arm moves and a balance challenge that will also engage the core. Lots of things at play there, so should be interesting.
But whatever you are or not doing, make it count. Show up for yourself and focus. Your future self will thank you.
Future self also can't wait to eat all the foods because past self knows life is food. I'll keep to the gift of the present though and ask what you are thinking about eating. I guess thinking is slightly different than what you are eating as the day dreams about food can get carried away. For instance, I ran out of a chili lime sauce the other day, so I'm just thinking about using that on dishes that are yet to be determined. I do have chicken and I really want to try a shawarma dish with it!
Oh, and just to always let you guys know as the ghosting goes on, I'm always looking out for more guest hosters for the weekend. First time, or a continual beautiful haunting, let me know if you have any interest to host weekend check-ins! This weekend (February 29th & March 1st) will be Korse's turn as Storm helpfully stepped in last weekend. So, start looking forward to that. No pressure though, right? Seriously, check-ins are a you do you thing.
Okay, I'd say the ear has been talked off, but it's more like eyeballs fell out of the sockets. Great imagery there as this parting part is suppose to triple shot expresso your motivation meter to get the day conquered. Or just nod in an intellectual agreement kinda way and do the day as prescribed, which could be anything. But if I'm to play doctor at this check-in, I'm writing you a prescription of happiness and a good day. Now go out and fill it.
