Weekly Goals: 2/24-3/1 - Updated

EDIT: So I spent all of Monday cleaning every allergen inducing thing in my house to try to help my son stop coughing. Which means I was active all day, but didn't get a workout in.

We realized this morning why my son is coughing so bad. Sunday evening him and our neighbor's daughter were playing around in their dog's bed 😐... so allergies exploded when we got home...

Anyway he is still coughing but had a much better night.

I feel more rested and ready to make goals for this week. I want to get in 4 workouts and focus on cleaning up my diet and that is it!

I have no goals for this week yet. Last week was awful. I was super busy which turned into being exhausted and basically into survival mode all week. I got 1 workout in and food was not on point at all. My days were so busy I went to bed before 8 PM every night.

Fast forward to today, I was going to get back on track.... but toddler was up all night coughing. I barely got 4 hours of sleep and anticipate not being able to send him to daycare today.

So I'm crabby, tired, and feel gross from an overindulgence of a weakened.

Anyone else have a better week?!?!
