Hello! I found FB workout videos on YouTube and loved various at-home exercise options. I am a pear-shaped woman, which means, my lower body is wider than my upper body. I tend to gain weight in my lower belly, hips, and thighs. My sedentary lifestyle has caused some major physical changes, which, I didn't realize until I saw my picture with a friend one day. I lost my confidence, but I am eager to change that for good.
My goal is not to lose weight necessarily, but, tone my body, be proportional, gain overall body strength, and be healthy. I need motivation from this family to remain consistent and regain my confidence. Any tips on how/where to get started are welcome :)
