So Blendfriends,
I know I am not the ghost for the weekend but something must have come up for Korse so I thought I would fill in.
Just some mums that decided to bloom all winter and I like the colors of the leaves.
I am not good at ghosting so I will just get to the point. What are you up to this wonderful Saturday working? Resting? Combination of Both?

I know it seems like a lot but I was doubling up on a workout I missed Wednesday.
I managed to leave a full body sweat mark including bellybutton on my workout mat after the Pilates routine.
Now to the menu for the day. Mine was and is:
smoothie for breaksfast
rice and greens salad with shrimp on the side for lunch
And pumpkin soup with Pesto Garlic Pinwheels for Dinner.
What good treats to you have going on today.
