I need to break my addiction to sugar but I don’t know how. I work out with FB 5 days a week and I also follow IF (intermittent fasting). I’ve been doing this for many years and really feel it helps curb my appetite. The only thing I can’t seem to curb is my sugar addiction. Any suggestions??
