Yesterday I was feeling a but blue and posted that I was scrapping the bored easily program this week and replacing it with pilates or yoga....
Well, I didn't! Today's regularly scheduled Bored Easily was a recovery cardio video so I did that! It was great! Just enough to pull me out of my slump and back to sweaty-happiness!
I won't be able to workout again until Friday which is HIIT & Strength which I am planning on doing.
My one issue with bored easily is the week I just went through was all total body. A ton of cardio which is hard on my knees even with mods. I'm looking forward to some strength training!!
