A goal of mine is to practice meditation regularly, but I need structure. I have used the Headspace app in the past, and I am trying Calm now for a free trial. Unfortunately, it seems that many of the apps have a lot more that you pay for than free, but I am willing to spend if it helps. Do any of you have opinions? Those of you meditating or practicing mindfulness on your own, how do you do it and stay committed and consistent? Thanks for any and all input!
