Hey all. Gotta say, it feels like it already needs to be Friday. But let us not over look the days in between us and the weekend. Let's give Wednesday a fair shot and due attention. And maybe make it a little brighter, a little more violet with a #WildflowerWednesday. I have a neat little find here; some Beach Verbena. Clearly this endangered flower is imagining some kind of happy place as I did not find this anywhere near a beach, but tucked away behind and between tall grasses and grapevines. It's kinda rare to find this in the wild, but I knew a spot where they'd be, so I've been waiting for them, and was quite pleasantly surprised to see them on my walk yesterday.
So now that we don't have flowers on the beach, let's talk about your happy places and what might they be during your workouts if that is what you are doing today. Rest might be the more appealing option for you. Today is some HIIT and core work for me. And side note, if you like back bows, Abs2 is for you. Maybe I'm just sensitive to the exercise, but I feel like I've done some kind of back bow throughout the program. Just goes to show, FB puts together a program that works the entire core.
Because here at the FB community, our kinda crazy and questionable definition of fun is doing 1000 calorie workouts on leap days. Get excited.
Or maybe food is more exciting. We can always get excited about that, several times a day really. It keeps us energized and feeling good, especially the real stuff. That being said, I'm not too clear what's for dinner at the moment. Guess I better think about that and pull something out of the hat. A very sanitary, food grade hat.
