I know it is a common question, but I didn't find quite the right answer for me. So I hope it is ok to ask here.
First of all, I am in my third week of FB Low Impact Round 2 and really enjoy it! (or to be more truthful, I enjoy it AFTER finishing the exercise every day). I picked the program randomly, so the Low Impact isn't necessary.
Which program would you recommend me to do next?
Now, I would focus more on strength + building muscles. I have a nice set of different Dumbbells at home and would like to use them.
I already went through the programs a little bit and found 4 Week FB Strong, which sounds nice.
Is there a different program you would recommend? It can be challenging and the duration of the daily exercise doesn’t play a role.
