changing it up a little

I have decided I will go out for a run this am...of course, in between getting my son to school, and folding laundry, it might mean doing a FB program instead. Lol

When I get back, I am going to do some strength.

Anyone ever do this? Veer off the path?

Oh, and 4 days off (3 days off work too) was nice, even though washing the car and all it entails was quite the work out!!!!
