Hello! So I know it is early to be posting next week's goals but I am going to be super busy tomorrow and won't have time to post!
Regarding this past week: I hit my goal of 4 workouts and 1 nice, long stretching video. I've been spacing out my workouts and that seems to be helping my joints recover and not be so mad at me :) I will continue this model for the rest of the Bored Easily program. On the in between days I will add in stretching or abs (if you have any go-to ab videos that are for a beginner I'd love to hear about them!)
This week's goals:
This week is going to be nuts due to events and homework so...
- 3 Bored Easily workouts
- 1 stretching or abs video
- 1 coffee out (this will be tough because I already know this is happening tomorrow... day 1 of the week)
- eat clean throughout the week as I have a birthday shindig at a winery this weekend
How about you? Have you thought about the upcoming week? What are your goals?
Oh and my NSV - I've noticed my clothes fitting a bit better (not enough for others to notice just yet though) also I've noticed that it is taking me less and less time to bring my heart rate down during my cool down which is always a welcomed sign of progress!
