Weekend Ghosting February 16th

Hello, Blendfriends! 🙂

How are you feeling today, Blendfriends? Today I'll start with yet another birdie pic. I took it last spring in our local restaurant where guests can feed sparrows and ducks and swans, all of which are frequent visitors of the same place, as the restaurant in question is a boat on the river. This little girl won my heart over, she was Merida-brave eating straight from our hands. 😍

Now, what workouts do you have planned for today? Or perhaps it's a rest day for you? Whatever the case is, try to have some fun or better yet – lots of fun. 😉

Also remember, we do have to refuel after workouts, brutal and recovery ones, and also on the rest days too! So, what's on the menu for today? Make my mouth water as I did yours yesterday. 😏

Now, I could confess I had one too many chocolates, but that would just be a lie. 'Cause one can never have too many choco treats. 😇

It seems like yesterday I opened everybody's appetite, and a discussion or two just because of the chocolate. Isn't that wonderful? If you can't eat it, at least we can still talk about it. And so, let the food talk begin.

I'm not a vegan, but love me some veggies. So, the plan was doing something that caught my eye – it's a dish called Vegan Bibimbap with Crispy Gochujang Cauliflower. Well, the name says it all – not adventures enough today for it, after all. 🙄 So, I'll keep it simple - as long as I don't have to hunt it down, every food will do! 😅

And on every-single-day, my stomach has room (and extra storage) just for desserts, but Sunday is a must-have-sweets-day! However, I should try to eat more hole food, so I'll just have some donuts. 🤣
