So I'll be honest, today was back to my "real" self and I really didn't want to workout today. I had been out in the cold all morning and didn't get home till about 3:30pm. I was super tired, so I slumped on the couch and watched a couple shows with my husband. I had been working all week and really just wanted to spend time with him instead of exercise. (He's chronically I'll, so he's pretty much couch bound 70% of the time). But I knew I had to do exercise. So I had him invite his dad down to watch a movie with him so that I could go do my exercises. A great ploy for myself! It worked, and I even did the extra credit! Now excuse me, while I go make pulled bbq chicken and jalapeno poutine... Ehem.... I said I would exercise, I didn't say I would always eat "healthy"!! 😂🤷♀️💪
