🌸Spring Into Fitness🌹Accountability Group

Hello, wonderful people!

My, my, I never expected so much interest in this accountability group! Thank you all for your excitement and comments these last few days, I am so excited to get started and support one another.

Looks like we have 13 participants, including myself:

So, here's what I am thinking as far as the group structure and how often I will post (so you can be on the lookout!):

1. I plan to post every Monday and Saturday -- This is the way I structure my workout week. I often plan my rest days for Sunday. You can, of course, plan your workouts for whatever works best for your own schedule.

2. Monday will be a motivational/get ready for the week post, and Saturday designated for discussion/regroup/support.

3. I plan to share my food log and FB calendar in attached pictures every Saturday. This will be most of the accountability part. Work hard to check those calendar days off to share with the group!

4. At the beginning of the 8 weeks, I will share my personal goals and hope you will too -- I know we all sort of shared this during the initial group forming, but I want everyone to have a clear idea of what they want to achieve/feel like. We will come back to these goals at the end of the time and have a wrap-up discussion on our progress.

Be looking for the first post, which will be on the first Monday of the month, March 2nd. I will be sharing what program(s) I am using then (because I have NO idea, currently...).

Lastly, please don't feel guilty if you miss a workout, a discussion, eat some cake for your kids' birthday party, etc. Life is real and is happening all around you. This is merely a safe place for you to feel supported/motivated with people of similar goals and situations as yourself. Be there for each other and lift each other up!

*note: anyone who wants to join in at anytime is welcome. We most certainly don't have to keep the number of participants at 13. THE MORE THE MERRIER!
