Since I opened my eyes in the morning, more precisely - noon, I'm trying to look for *good everywhere. (*typo = FOOD, I'm looking for food everywhere) ๐คฃ
Y'all better be BREADY for today's ghosting. ๐ I'm writing this hungry, as I overslept, missing breakfast, so can't wait for lunch. Though, I still have some time to make my breakfast an opening course.
But, let me go back because I wanted to start with the obvious one first. The pic is something I accidentally took a photo of, with my mobile phone a couple of years back. And for some reason I forgot, I named it โ Friends. So, Blendfriends, meet my PidgeonFriends or maybe FRIDGEONS?! ๐
Oh, no - now I'm thinking more in the fridge direction. ๐ OK, let's just TACO 'bout food instead. On my menu today โ eggs โ limitless options. How do you like your eggs? Naturally, I like mine the best โ in a CAKE or a pancake! ๐คฃ Both often come paired with CHOCOLATE!
And speaking of chocolate, I hope you did eat plenty of it yesterday as occasion demanded it. If you didn't - well, just eat some extra today - it's not like chocolate needs an excuse. ๐
Well, now we're getting PASTA point of return. I really need to eat, nourish my body to be able to move around a bit. I only managed as far as to the sofa to write this and - I actually rolled up there. Though, I don't feel that sluggish lately. I actually feel in great shape โ shape being that of a COUCH POTATO, of course. ๐
OK, we covered food topic plenty, so let's rope this Check-In all the way back in, and talk about some workouts. ๐ Let me know what's on your schedule today? Jumping in a workout or jumping out of one? Going for fresh air or maybe doing some housework as light cardio? Luckily, today is a recovery workout for me. At the same time I got stiffs all over, so it just might involve some high impact โ breathing and mowing. ๐
