Today is a rest day for me and Savannah will be returning home this afternoon. So I am off to town to replenish supplies for good meals and good lunches next week. I am pretty sure Savannah does not want to eat salad and salmon every day, like I do.

We are at Friday. Remember to smile and be kind to everyone. Some people struggle greatly with today so lets reach out and help them ease into the weekend.
