Hello! Happy Friday (if it's still Friday where you are!).

I'm still chugging along, making sure to take a rest day between my workout days. It is really frustrating, but it seems to be helping. Next week is going to be very busy, so I'm trying to plan my workouts to fit my schedule which means I'll be working out this Sunday!

Today I FINALLY get to try this new coffee shop in my old home town! I'm very excited. I've been told their coffee is great and they have bakery items from a couple local businesses which I love to support! I'm going there to work on a group project for school, but at least I'll have some yummy coffee!

I'll be trying to keep my food pretty clean today and tomorrow because I have date night tomorrow!!! We are actually staying in and having what we call "couch date night" after our son is in bed. Our plan is to have some wine, a little treat which might be ice cream cake cupcakes, and play a new board game! Super low key but cheap and we can do it in our jammies! 😂
