Hello and welcome to the Friday Eve edition of the check-in. Do you already have your sights set on the weekend or is right now feeling cozy to you? It's can be nice to look forward to something, like the weekend, so this is a great time to right away bring up the ghosting. To go in order of our 1st timers, I believe it is Magda's turn out of the ones who volunteered to do it again. Is that alright, Magda? Let me know if you would like to be our next ghost. And if anyone would like to guest host the weekend check-in(s) please speak up. Doesn't matter if you've done it before or if it would be your first time. All is always welcome. Okay, let's move on to some workouts. Or the rest if that is needed. Has anyone tried the latest release from FB Plus? It's one thing to remember to breathe, but remembering how to breathe is something else entirely. I tried it last night before bed, and this is something I'd like to keep coming back to. I've never really focused on something as simple and natural as breathing and the calming it can provide, so I could definitely use/benefit from this. Thank you, Kelli, for something new and different.
Aside from that, I've got day 11 of abs2. I think this is one of my favorite and more challenging days of the program especially with the extra credit HIIT. I'm going to try something new and do the HIIT last rather than first just to mix it up. Also, good luck, Abs2 buddies wherever you are in the program. And good luck, Blenders in whatever activity you are cooking up today.
Which brings us to food. Yesterday was too hectic to get to the originally planned dinner. I settled for spinach, carrots, and sandwiches, so today will be the goal of yesterday. But do tell us the variety of food that awaits your taste buds today. I'm sure it will be as delicious as it reads.
Before I go, I nearly forgot to talk about the picture right quick. Remember that white flower the other day with so many names like bur and pitchfork to pretty much describe the seed? Well, here to see is the after, when all that is left is those seeds that love to hitch a ride to wherever.
But I hope wherever you are going in your personal journey today is good and full of meeting your goal(s). And even if you don't meet your goals, the next day is always a fresh start.. Also and more importantly, remember to take a second to just breathe. We can all use that more often.
