So today I made homemade dropped biscuits, which consist of 2 cups of flour, 1/2 butter, 1 cup of milk, 1tbs of baking powder, and 2tbs sugar. I had only 2 biscuits today, with some oatmeal it was so good, I do not own wheat flour or coconut flour atm, so i only used all purpose flour. Is there a major difference in wheat flour and bleached flour? how bad does it affect the body, such as muscle definition and weightloss?
