I would love your thoughts on a program recommendation and apologize for a lengthy post!
I started with FBFIT this year but then shifted to Sweat when my schedule came in the way. I missed a few workouts and so I removed it and decided to start Burn today. I've done Sweat in the past and loved it but I think I want to try something I haven't before!
I had set a goal for myself to complete FBFIT by the first half of this year and still can make it but have two weeks where I will have to travel for work (March 2nd week and April 1st week).
Would you recommend that I - complete Burn and then schedule Bodyweight? OR FBFIT (and skip/do bodyweight workouts) whenever I travel!
My goals are to get fitter and more active for the summer to enjoy outdoors.
