Getting Stronger and Loving It!

I know I post here a lot, but I'm so happy to have this community, you guys. It keeps me going. My momentum is better than it's been since I was in freshman year swimming.

I'm averaging 5 days of workouts a week. Plus walking whenever it's warm enough. I was getting discouraged, but since January 1st, I've lost 8 pounds. It really started coming off a couple weeks ago. So, for those who have seen me post that I was disheartened by my progress, just know that I'm sticking with it and seeing progress!

The best thing of it all though, is two months postpartum, I could barely even get out of bed without using all of my strength. I could barely stand up from the floor with a baby that weighed 4 pounds. Now my boy is 19 pounds and I can stand up with him in my arms with a lunge!

I love that I can keep up with these chunkaronies!
