New FB Plus Healthy Recipe—Quick, Nutritious Tabbouleh Salad

It’s Tuesday, so time for another new FB Plus recipe.

Today’s offering is Quick, Nutritious Tabbouleh Salad!

Tabbouleh is one of those fantastic dishes that relies on simple flavors and preparation to create an easy, nutritious, and delicious meal.

It’s also infinitely customizable and can be modified in many ways: add a protein to make it a main course (chicken or tofu maybe?), use more or less herbs/seasonings/lemon juice to suit your tastes, or even swap the bulgur wheat for a different grain entirely (cooked brown rice, barley, farro, couscous, quinoa, or whatever you may have on hand).
