Recommendation for non-yoga Workouts for improving flexibility and range of motion
Can anyone recommend some workout videos or a program targeted at improving range of motion and flexibility that does not include complex yoga positions. I am looking for something that will improve my range of motion in my joints and am not ready for pigeons, squirrels or inverted animals of any time :) Thank you!
