Post Partnum - Restarting my active life

Hi All

I used to exercise 5-6 times a week doing lots of HIIT. When i got pregnancy i slow everything right down. I gained alot of weight. My child rely on me alot. Now she is 2 years old, i have some space to slot in exercise. My wrist is also weak from burping my child so i feel pain in push up position. trying to strengthening it. I used to do shaun t insanity but i am abit more wary as i got injured doing sprint interval on treadmill. So yesterday i decided to do FB and i love it. The calendar is fantastic! I hope i can find some like minded people on here to motivate each other.
