I’ve set a goal of being able to do at least one pull-up. I don’t have great upper body strength although I’ve been doing the fitness blender upper body workouts twice a week and pretty consistently the past 6 months. I do have a pullup bar above my bedroom doorway. Any tips for getting closer to that goal?
